Who is Eligible

Any junior level college student accepted into a Missouri Marketing Education teacher-education program with the intent to pursue a career as a marketing Education teacher coordinator in Missouri.

How to Apply

Complete the Scholarship Application form.

Submit Scholarship Application form and required materials to Missouri DECA Advisor. These materials must be postmarked by March 1.

Required Materials:

  • Official college transcript

  • Three letters of recommendation

  • A brief essay on your interest in teaching Marketing Education

Applications will be screened by the Missouri DECA Scholarship Committee.

Selection Criteria

  • Career goal in the field of Marketing Education

  • Education, civic, community, and leadership activities

  • Scholastic ability - Submit official college transcripts with SAT/ACT scores

  • Commitment to education as a profession

  • Letters of recommendation
